The Komori 629 is a highly flexible Press which can print thin stock to very thick boards,and with UV printing process it can also print on all type of plastics, pets, non woven cloth (for paper bags), films and other non absorbent substrates, from thin transparency sheets to Credit Cards, it can handle anything.

UV printing enables the buyer to choose from huge collection of texture designs and patterns that can be created by online UV system, one can either choose from our library of patterns or can create their own custom patterns to be printed with UV and send the same to us as well. Total customization with the best quality.

UV printing and online coating also enables effortless Spot UV on paper/board with accuracy of .01 mm (which is impossible to achieve in offline spot UV machines). All this is done online so no further handling or wastage of material.

It also enables full Gloss,Matte or any metallic UV coating

Dry-Lamination, another 'first in Kerala' from us is the new Dry-Lamination machine from Yii Lee an industry leader in dry-lamination technology.

Dry-Lamination allows super fast turnover of lamination jobs for our customers, with speeds of up to 10000 sheets per hour. It also has a powder removing unit which will automatically remove the Anti-Set off powder uses in all offset presses.

LIt is cost effective via media which enable the customers to enjoy the quality of Thermal Lamination technology at very low cost which is almost at par with conventional glue lamination, at same time faster and way better quality of output.

Introducing 'On Demand Die Cut' Solution. The Concept enables our customers to do ultra short run, short run or medium run die cut in much more cost effective way in just the time needed make a 'die' for conventional die cutting. From as low a few visiting cards to a few thousand cartons it can die cut from 80 gsm to 800 gsm or (1mm) thickness of stock.
